Delivery Information
Providing we have the goods in stock we aim to deliver your goods to you in 10 working days except where a public holiday falls within this period. Delivery is charged at £10.25 per order to Mainland UK via ParcelForce. Delivery charges for international destinations are calculated on an individual basis to ensure the most efficient rates are achieved. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are supplied at the time of purchase, as we cannot be liable for non-delivery of shipments due to incorrect delivery details being supplied to us. Should shipments be returned to us because of delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge the customer for re-shipment of the goods.
We require a signature for all shipments and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is somebody to accept delivery of the parcel. Where a customer has authorised the courier to leave the parcels without a signature, any shipments which are lost or damaged after being left in this manner are the customer's responsibility.
